All fees related to LLC formation, trademark registration, government filings, or third-party services are non-refundable once the process has started.

Government filing fees, third-party processing fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if an application is rejected, delayed, or denied by a government authority.

Live Big Consulting is not responsible for processing times, outcomes, or decisions made by government agencies (including but not limited to Secretaries of State or the USPTO).

c. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has begun, Live Big Consulting may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund excluding:

Administrative fees

Payment processing fees

Any costs already incurred

d. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Live Big Consulting to attempt resolution. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
